Current Patients

If you need a prescription refilled, please call Duffy’s main number, (508) 771-9599 and choose option 2. You will be put through to the prescription line. This line is checked periodically throughout the day, so please leave a detailed message about your needs.

If you are already a patient of Duffy Health Center, and you have signed up for the Patient Portal, you can make an appointment by clicking the button and logging into the Patient Portal. You can also request a prescription refill through the patient portal.

If you are a current patient of Duffy Health Center but you have not yet signed up for the Patient Portal, please call us directly at (508) 771-9599 to make an appointment.

Next time you visit us, please ask your provider about signing up for the Patient Portal so that you can access your medical records from home and make appointments online.

Becoming a Patient

If you would like to become a patient of Duffy Health Center, give us a call at (508) 771-9599 to set up an appointment.

If you do not currently have health insurance, you can meet with one of our Benefits Enrollment specialists to explore what options are available to you.

When applying for health insurance, please bring the following:

  • Two most recent pay stubs

    • If self-employed, please bring current most current tax return

  • Legal proof of identity, for example, license or state ID card, passport, or green card

If 65 or older, please bring these items in addition to the above:

  • Medicare card

  • Most recent bank statement

  • Vehicle registration

  • Proof of any life insurance and/or other assets
