REACH Mobile Unit
Duffy Health Center's REACH Mobile Unit brings care, support, and services to members of the community for whom transportation is a challenge. All members of the community can access services on the REACH Mobile Unit, including those who are not Duffy patients. Services are available to individuals in need as well as loved ones looking for support. Services provided in the unit are free.
REACH Mobile Unit services include:
- Showers (partial year) and basic hygiene
- Recovery support navigation
- Access to medication for opioid use disorder via telehealth with Duffy providers
- Narcan
- Connection to healthcare, case management, and other critical services

2:30 PM – 3:00 PM — One Shared Spirit, Mashpee
Wednesdays - Hyannis & Dennis
9:00 AM – 12:30 PM — Salvation Army, Hyannis
1:30 PM – 3:30 PM — Mid Cape Assembly of God, Dennis
