Duffy Health Center’s Diabetes Learning Group provides a welcoming space for patients to learn, connect, and build the skills needed to manage diabetes and improve overall well-being.

Led by our nutritionist, this group focuses on practical, everyday strategies to help you feel more confident in managing your health.

What You’ll Learn:

Participants will gain tools and knowledge to better manage diabetes, including how to make balanced food choices that support stable blood sugar, monitor and manage blood sugar with confidence, understand how medications work and how to take them effectively, and build daily habits that support overall health and well-being.

When: May 8, June 12, July 10, August 7, September 11, and October 9
Time: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Location: Duffy Health Center

Capacity: Limited to 12 participants per session
Eligibility: Open to Duffy Health Center patients only
