I would like to become a Duffy patient. What do I need to know?
Am I eligible for Duffy services?
Duffy Health Center accepts state-sponsored health insurances and Medicare. If you do not currently have insurance, our Connections team can help.
We provide care to individuals who are:
Uninsured, have recently become unemployed, or are living with a chronic disability
In need of mental health counseling services and/or treatment for a substance use disorder
Are homeless, are at risk for homelessness or are unstably housed (for example, are living with friends or relatives)
If you are in need of services, please call (508) 771-9599 to make an appointment with a Connections Case Manager so that they can assess your eligibility.
