Your support as an annual sponsor of Duffy Health Center allows us to provide critical healthcare and support services for approximately 3,200 of Cape Cod's most vulnerable community members. As a Duffy Health Center partner, you will receive valuable recognition during your sponsorship year from an organization with more than 25 years of vulnerable individuals on Cape Cod restore their health and rebuild their lives. Your sponsorship is tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law.
