2025 Impact Report

Duffy Health Center’s mission is to provide integrated healthcare for persons with complex health and social needs on Cape Cod. In fiscal year 2025, Duffy treated more than 3,200 Cape Codders in support of this mission. Our Impact Report below details Duffy Health Center's outcomes, achievements, and the impact we are making in the community.
