OUR TEAM

Our interdisciplinary team includes physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, psychiatrist, registered nurses, licensed clinical therapists and substance abuse counselors, case managers, and a welcoming front office staff.

Consumer Involvement: The Duffy Advisory Board
We seek to empower clients and to offer our support as they give back to the community. Our Duffy Advisory Board (DAB) represents the consumer voice and the DAB’s input is an essential part of our health care for the homeless program. The Duffy Advisory Board plans and implements such projects as the annual Duffy client satisfaction survey, and the Town of Barnstable’s Homeless Persons Memorial Day. A DAB member is a member of our Board of Directors.

Duffy Health Center Board of Directors
Our 18-member board of directors meets monthly and brings a depth of insight and expertise from the fields of medicine, health care administration, behavioral health, marketing, finance, law, and business, as well as the consumer viewpoint. All board members have a long history in the community and are actively engaged in our mission.

The board ensures that the Duffy Health Center, as a federal Health Care for the Homeless program, is in compliance with the program expectations and regulations of the Dept. of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).
