Here on the Cape, many persons are just one or two paychecks away from homelessness. These families and individuals are in every town–the Cape’s hidden homeless. In 2008, Duffy began to expand its reach to meet the needs of persons at risk and the hidden homeless through a Mobile Health Clinic. The Clinic travels from the Upper Cape to the Outer Cape in regularly scheduled routes. Staff provide medical and mental health services, benefits enrollment and case management support.
