Mobile Health Clinic

Providing Outreach Services
Across Cape Cod

Access to health care is difficult for people who struggle with transportation, who have multiple medical or behavioral health issues, or who cannot find a provider. Duffy Mobile Health Clinic offers privacy and support services to homeless, and those at risk, across Cape Cod. Staff provide medical and mental health care, benefits enrollment and case management support.

The 33-foot custom-designed clinic has an exam room for a nurse practitioner. Wireless technology allows staff to enroll clients immediately into state health insurance plans, to access patients’ electronic medical records, and to connect to the Duffy Health Center and other community service providers. We work closely with service providers in each area to ensure that we best meet people’s needs within their own community.

Community partners host our Mobile Health Clinic on a regularly scheduled basis in Falmouth, West Yarmouth and Orleans.

Orleans 		9am-Noon 19 Brewster Crossroads (behind CVS off Main St.)
