Improving the Physical Well Being of Individuals from
Bourne to Provincetown

Last year, Duffy medical staff cared for 2,598 individuals with a total encounter rate reaching over 25,000 visits. This rate is greater than six times the clients seen in more traditional community health centers, and reflects the intensity of integrated medical, mental health and substance abuse services and case management support that our clients receive so that they can reach their goals.

Duffy Health Center also provides outreach medical care via our Mobile Health Clinic.

Services include:

  • Primary, preventative and episodic medical care
  • Referrals to specialists
  • Nutritional education and counseling
  • HIV/Hepatitis C prevention education
  • Specialty surgery consultation, neurology and cancer screening clinic
  • Volunteer chiropractic services and other complementary services
  • Outreach
