Director of Behavioral Health Services

Louise Patrick, LICSW, Director of Behavioral Health Services, is an experienced social worker who has lived and worked on Cape Cod for almost 30 years. Her professional background is in a combination of both clinical and administrative work. Louise’s role at Duffy Health Center provides an ideal opportunity to put her combined skills to work to promote the integrated care model to the homeless and at risk population on Cape Cod.
