Duffy Doings

If you're wondering how the different agencies on Cape Cod work together to help folks who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, watch our latest episode of Duffy Doings. It features Duffy CEO Heidi Nelson, Director of Case Management Pat Cawley, and Paula Schnepp, the Coordinator of the Regional Network on Homelessness here on the Cape and Islands.

This year, not only are we celebrating our Eighth Annual Gala, we are also celebrating
Duffy Health Center's 20th Anniversary!

As always, two lucky individuals and their guests will have their names drawn, board a private Lear Jet the night of the Gala, and fly to fabulous location for two nights. This year's destination is Asheville, North Carolina. Asheville was recently named Lonely Planet's Top U.S. Travel Destination for 2017!

Everyone who purchases a ticket to the Gala is automatically entered into a drawing to leave the Gala that night for a weekend getaway to Asheville.  Two additional packages will be available in the live auction. This fabulous trip include two nights’ accommodations at the Inn on Biltmore Estate. All guests returned to Hyannis early Sunday evening.

This event is a wonderful chance to support the incredible work Duffy staff does each and every day. The need for our services has increased dramatically since Duffy’s humble origins at the NOAH shelter. The money raised from the Gala will ensure that Duffy staff are able to continue providing the high quality of integrated care that our clients deserve.

The Eighth Annual Duffy Health Center Gala will be held at Rectrix Aerodrome in Hyannis on Friday, May 12, 2017. Casual Gourmet will provide a farm-to-table themed menu for guests' dining pleasure and there will be live and silent auctions.

All proceeds from the Gala will be used to support programs and services at the Duffy Health Center.
