Arlene Crosby
Director of Case Management Services

Arlene Crosby was hired in 2006 as Duffy Health Center’s first case manager. Arlene currently serves as the Director of Case Management Services with a staff of 14 full-time case managers. Arlene oversees Duffy’s SAMHSA grant, Opportunities, and our Housing First program which has successfully housed over 200 homeless individuals. Arlene has been in the field of human services for over 25 years and has developed relationships with agencies across the Cape. Arlene’s wealth of knowledge and resources has proved to be invaluable to Duffy as we continue to grow. With Duffy’s priority of ending the revolving door of homelessness, we now are focused on permanent supportive housing as a way towards health and recovery for our clients.
