New Leader for Duffy

Heidi Nelson, executive director of Heartland Health Outreach in Chicago, will take over as CEO of Duffy Health Center in Hyannis Sept. 1 following the retirement of Claire Goyer. A press statement from Duffy described Heartland as "a $20 million, 220-staff organization that serves 15,500 of the most marginalized in Chicago, including homeless persons, low-income individuals with HIV disease, and immigrants and refugees." This will be a homecoming for Nelson, a former resident of Eastham and Orleans. A reception to welcome her will be held Sept. 10.
